Training Log 2012-11-08

Today I found myself enough time to train with no hurries. I´ve already managed to finish ROP in five weeks pressing a 20 kg KB and working on snatches with the same weight. Now, I am about to buy a 24 kg KB to test my presses but in the meantime I keep working out and training with my "old" 20 KB.

Presses and Pull-ups felt good, but snatches just felt awesome... New personal record snatching a 20 kg KB! I still have a lot of work to cut down time to 5:00 minutes and to increase the weight to 24 kg


Clean & Press - 20 kg KB
Set 1: 1/2/3/4/5 reps
Set 2: 1/2/3/4 reps
Set 3: 1/2/3 reps
Set 4: 1/2 reps
Set 5: 1 rep

Pull ups - 12 kg KB
Set 1: 1/2/3/4/5 reps
Set 2: 1/2/3/4 reps
Set 3: 1/2/3 reps
Set 4: 1/2 reps
Set 5: 1 rep

Snatch - 20 kg KB
100 in 8´28" new PR!
