Training Log 2012-11-06

Today´s training was about intensity using five different exercises and downward/upward repetition ladder instead of using a classic set of 5x5
For all workout I used a 20 kg kettlebell

Exercises

  1. One hand swing
  2. Snatch
  3. Clean & Press 
  4. Bent over Row 
  5. Front Squat
Set 1
5 reps each exercise first with left hand then with right hand
Rest 2 minutes
 
Set 2
4 reps L/R
Rest 1.5 minutes

Set 3
3 reps L/R
Rest 1 minute

Set 4
2 reps L/R
Rest 0.5 minute

Set 5
1 rep L/R
Rest 0.5 minute

Set 6
1 rep L/R
Rest 0.5 minute

Set 7
2 rep L/R
Rest 1 minute

Set 8
3 rep L/R
Rest 1.5 minutes

Set 9
4 reps L/R
Rest 2 minutes
